The Fat Flush

This recipe has gone viral and is being done by people the world over. The Fat Flush is to help you detox your body and to help it work more efficiently so that you can begin a weight loss regimen that works.
The Fat Flush is perfect for everyone. There are only 4 ingredients in the fat flush and most can be found around the world. The Fat Flush is great because it only lasts 10 days and because you eat while you are on the Fat Flush. You are not limited to just the Fat Flush. FAT FLUSH WATER !!!

You should drink at least three 8 oz glasses per day, they say the longer it sits, the better it tastes. You can eat them as well but they are intended as flavoring and still work, so that is a personal choice. The Vitamin C turns fat into fuel, the tangerine increases your sensitivity to insulin, and the cucumber makes you feel full. Try it for 10 days and see what you think!

Ingredients per Pitcher

Water
1 whole sliced grapefruit (lemon can be substituted for those with medical issues)
1 tangerine (Orange can be substituted if Tangerines are not in season)
½ cucumber, sliced  (no substitutes)
2 peppermint leaves 
(no substitutes)
Ice – as much as you like

Directions
Wash grapefruit, tangerine cucumber and peppermint leaves. Slice cucumber, grapefruit and tangerine (or peel). Combine all ingredients (fruits, vegetables, 64 oz water, and ice) into a large pitcher.

In my personal opinion, I peeled the citrus fruit only so I didn't have the bitter taste of the peel! Each person should try it and see which way the like it best.

The Flat Belly Smoothie

This has gone viral so I thought I would post it for everyone.

"FLAT BELLY" SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS

- 3 ounces vanilla nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 cup kale
- 3/4 cup water

DIRECTIONS

- Place all the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
- Enjoy immediately.
- Makes one serving.

The Cabbage Soup Diet!

This is the diet that everybody is looking for. 
The cabbage soup diet.  Yes it does work. But the weight you lose dose not stay off for long. So only use this for getting into a dress on the weekend or for an event where you just want to be a couple pounds thinner. Always talk to your doctor before you start an eating plan and do NOT do this plan if you are on a detox plan.

The Cabbage Soup Diet!

Ingredients/ shopping list
1 small head cabbage
3 ribs of celery
2 green peppers
1 can chicken broth
1 medium onion
1 large can diced tomatoes
water

salt and pepper to taste
Cut  veggies into bite size pieces. Use large soup pot with just enough water to cover and cook until the cabbage is done, about 30 minutes. 
The Diet! 
Try to ensure that you drink 2 litres of water a day.!
Day 1- Eat fruit only today (except for bananas) and as much of the diet cabbage soup as you’d like. For example eat baked cinnamon apples in the morning, a large fruit salad and cabbage soup for lunch, and cabbage soup and a melon salad for dinner. Snack on fruit throughout the day, Try frozen berries, grapes and watermelon.

Day 2- Eat veggies only today (except corn or other starchy vegetables). You do get ONE baked potato for breakfast. No butter sour cream etc.   For lunch ,the cabbage soup and salad sprinkle with salt, pepper and olive oil. For dinner try mashed cauliflower with a stir fry of veggies.

Day 3- Today you eat fruits AND veggies (except bananas, corn and other starchy veggies) You also don’t get a potato today,  just do a repeat of day one and two for foods.

Day 4- Today you eat only bananas and milk/yogurt. I hate it. You can only have bananas and milk. eat bananas, rice milk, almond milk and yogurts and of course the miracle soup. It’s not that difficult, but if you hate bananas I feel sorry for you.
 Day 5- Today eat only tomatoes (6-8) and protein like fish, turkey and chicken. Have wonder soup for breakfast and add extra tomatoes.  For lunch , grilled chicken topped with tomatoes seasoned with salt, basil, pepper. For dinner, more wonder soup, but add ground seasoned turkey to it. Very filling. 
6- Today it’s protein and veggies- Unlike yesterday you can have other veggies besides tomatoes. have a salad for breakfast seasoned with olive oil, spices, salt and pepper. For lunch , a stir-fry with chicken, spices and veggies , dinner, fruits, vegetables, and juices. !! 
This is the basics of the cabbage soup diet!! Remember talk to your doctor before trying this diet and do not to this diet while you are on detoxing so as not to cause dehydration.
